Description:Three-quarter length view of subject wearing a dark blue academic robe with three stripes visible on the right sleeve--over a white shirt and yellow and brown patterned tie. Both of his hands rest on the back of an upholstered chair, and he is wearing a watch on his left wrist and a ring on that ring finger. His light brown hair is short and parted on his left, and he has a slight smile as he looks directly at the viewer through unframed glasses.
