Description:Knee-length nearly frontal standing of older man in grey business suit, white shirt, and red tie. A white handkerchief extends from his jacket breast pocket. His matching vest has five buttons and his gold watch chain falls between buttons four and five.  His left hand is in his pants pocket, and his right rests on a book.  He has straight silver hair and glasses
History:A duplicate exists. C.A. Craig, the subject, commissioned 2 identical portraits, simultaneously--one for each of his children. One is now owned by his granddaughter.
Notes:Sitter was born in 1868 and died in 1957.
