Description:Woman in a gossamer, thin-strapped turquoise evening gown, swathed at the waist in this seated portrait by dark and gold reflective fabric, perhaps taffeta. The woman has blue eyes and soft light brown curls symmetrically frame her face. No jewelry is visible.  The artist's signature is in the upper right.
History:Painted when the subject was living in Birmingham
