Description: Full length portrait of a young girl seated on a portion of wall or step outdoors. She is holding multi-colored flowers that drape from her lap to the ground to her left. She is seated facing three-quarter right, and her head is turned toward the viewer. There are blonde curls on her forehead and a long curl falling over her left shoulder. Her dress is predominately blue with an overlay of lace and lace at the color, sleeves, and hem. Her legs are crossed and she is wearing blue shoes that match her eyes and her dress color.
History of Work:Death mask portrait.
Notes: Maud passed away before the age of 5 (26 June 1876-11 February 1882) in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. Parents were Robert William Jennings 1838-1922 and Nellie Robertson 1851-1925.
