Portrait Submissions There are several methods for submitting the data that needs to accompany the images for the website pages. You may wish to open a PDF file that will allow you to fill out, print for your records, and then submit over the internet. To do this, please click here. Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to view this file. For a WORD document to print, fill out manually, and mail in, click here. For whichever method you use submit data, we will also need you to email the images to info@tnportraits.org. We prefer 300px resolution; however other images can also be used with a lesser quality output on the website. Sometimes this causes a problem with email. If you need to mail a CD with the image or images or a photograph to be scanned, please let us know by email (again, send to info@tnportraits.org) and you will receive a reply with instructions.
