Description:Girl (approx. age 4) and boy (approx. age 2) with Irish Setter. The girl has light brown hair and is wearing a rose velvet dress with puff sleeves and white lace collar and jabot with a matching rose hairband. She is standing behind the dog and boy and is holding several blue flowers in her right hand. The boy is seated and has dark hair and eyes. He is wearing long black pants with a white shirt and is barefoot.
History of Work:Commissioned by subjects' mother, Jean Blackburn Robinson Tipton and painted in Chattanooga, TN.
