Description:Frame is original plain gold plated copper with opening in back containing intricately woven hair design; bright cut engraving around hair opening.

Man with short brown hair combed forward and down. Navy blue coat and yellow and brown striped vest. Oval image. Light powdery blue backgound.
History:Probably painted in New Hampshire.
