Description:Young boy with blonde corkscrew curls in white blouse with blue ribbon tie.
History of Work:Inherited from owner's father, Samuel Perkins Bailey, who inherited portrait from his mother, Jane Ella Perkins Bailey.
Notes:Exactly who "Uncle Willie" is is a mystery. Family tradition was that he was a bit of a "black sheep." Similarity of style and of framing to a companion portrait of Jane Ella Perkins Bailey points to his being a Perkins. Owner welcomes any leads!
