Notes:Katherine Melissa Moore was born in Memphis on May 3, 1961, and is the daughter of Joanne Cullom Moore and Samuel Stockley Moore. She married Richard Denis Faber in 1989. She is a member of the Memphis Town Committee of the National Society of Colonial Dames of America in Tennessee.
