Description:Frame/case is red leather. Young man with curly short brown and/or graying hair. Large blue eyes, and dressed in a dark blue jacket with a subtle pinstripe motif.
History:Painted in Boston. Inside there is a paper upon which is written: My uncle / Laurence Pratt / 1831 / Laura Pratt / 1876. There is a second paper upon which is written "Thomas / Edwards / Nr 73 Market St / (illegible). Exhibited Gibbes 2000
