  • Description:Frame is period red gold on copper, plain back with label of Rowland Parry, who worked in Philadelphia. Oval of a silver-haired man with blue eyes dressed in a blue jacket with 2 brass buttons visible and a white vest and shirt. He has sideburns to below his ears and his hair is combed back away from his face. His nose is rather bulbous.
