  • Description:Near waist-length portrait with subject facing slightly right and looking directly at the viewer. His reddish hair seems to be greying on top and in portions of his full beard and moustache. He is wearing a dark coat and vest, white stand-up collared shirt and dark, soft bow tie. His name and mayoral dates are painted at the bottom of the portrait.
