Notes:William Dixon Dunn, son of Michael Dunn & Elizabeth Rains Dunn, was born in Nashville in 1807. After his marriage to Sophia Louise Horton in 1848, the couple moved to St. Louis and later to Mobile, Alabama. Col. Dunn died in Mobile in 1889.
