History:This portrait was painted by George Dury in 1856. It is in a ornate gold painted frame with missing pieces and some chipping. It has some scratches and paint chips missing and is considered to be in poor condition. There is one patched hole at upper right of painting.
Notes:Mary Manoah Bostick married Felix Grundy McGavock January 8, 1855. She was mother of two daughters and she died in 1862.
