Portrait Submissions
There are several methods for submitting the data that needs to accompany the images for the website pages. The easiest way would be to fill in the form below and upload your image. A cell phone photo of the portrait is acceptable!
You may wish to open a PDF file that will allow you to fill out, print for your records, and then submit over the internet. To do this, please click here.

NOTE: All ownership and private collections will be kept confidential.
For whichever method you use to submit data, we will also need you to email the images to info@tnportraits.org.
We prefer 300dpi resolution; however, other images can also be used with a lesser quality output on the website. Cell phone photos are accepted. Sometimes this causes a problem with email. If you need to mail a CD with the image or images or a photograph to be scanned, please let us know by email (again, send to info@tnportraits.org) and you will receive a reply with instructions.
