History:This is a three quarter length portrait of a woman wearing a mink coat and hat, a large double strand of pearls and pearl earrings. The painting is considered to be in good condition though there is a large piece of molding broken from the frame.
Notes:This sitter for this portrait is identified as Alice Kirby Hooker Buchtel. The back of the painting lists the sitter as Mrs. A. W. Hooker, Lebanon, TN. No other information is known at this time.
