Description:Oval near waist-length three-quarters right profile of a young woman with dark curly hair, which she wears parted in the middle and up with large curls framing the sides of her face. Her eyes are large, brown, and wideset. Her dress is white and has a stand-up lace/ruffle collar. It has a gold metal swag ornament under the bustline.
History:Probably painted in Washington DC or Baltimore MD. Exhibited at Huntsville 1996; Gibbes 2000.
