History:This portrait was painted posthumously from a photograph by Calvert Bros.
Notes:Clara Scott (1884-1911) was the youngest daughter of Dr. W.W. Scott and Ivone Woodson Scott of Pleasant View , TN. She met her untimely death at the age of 26. The portrait was in the possession of the sitter's parents, sister, niece, and now great niece.
