History:The donor of this painting says that the artist is Washington Cooper, but museum staff believes it was created by William Cooper. The painting was considered to be in excellent condition in 1979.
Notes:The portrait is said to be of Louise Peden Davidson (b. Jan. 9, 1874 - d. Jan 18, 1960) at five years of age.
