Description:Dempster is facing three-quarter left; however, his head is turned and he is looking directly at the viewer. He is balding, and the hair that is visible is totally grey. He is wearing a dark suit, pocket handkerchief, white shirt, and grey-patterned with red necktie, and is half-smiling over a markedly cleft chin.
