History:Museum records indicate that a portrait of Fogg was the gift of Mrs. B. B. Smith and Mrs. Edmund Felder in May 1920. No apparent signature by the artist.
Notes:Francis B. Fogg (1795 - 1880) was an early pioneer lawyer and helped establish the University of the South.
