Notes:David was born in 1847; Lewis was born in 1849. Lewis died in 1917 in Lexington, Kentucky and is buried in the Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, Fayette, Kentucky, next to his wife Mary V. Twyman. She was the granddaughter of John Telemachus Johnson, politician, attorney, minister in the Christian Church. He served multiple terms in the U.S. House of Representatives. David's date of death remains unknown. Sons of Lewis Galloway and wife Martha Dickinson Galloway. Grandsons of David and Fanny Noailles Murfree Dickinson.
