Description:White hair, unruly, combed back to reveal a high forehead with receding hairline on eithe side. Dark suit and tie with white shirt under red and gold Masonic stole with 5 visible stars. A red sash across his chest is held in place by another star on his right shoulder. Right hand visible.
History:Restored in 2011 sponsored by the B.V.E.N. Lodge No. 560. The artist, Washington Bogart Cooper, was commissioned to paint most of the Grand Masters, which explains the approximate date of Claiborne's portrait.
