History:This work is a copy of a work by Sully. Believed given by the Pollk Memorial Association to the USS James K. Polk submarine when it was commissioned in 1966. It was returned to the Polk Memorial Association after the ship was de-activated in January, 1999. While on board ship it hung in the officers wardroom.
