  • Description:Oval waist-length frontal of a young man in in a CSA uniform with 2 rows of 5 buttons on his grey jacket. A black tie and white shirt can be glimpsed at the throat. His slightly wavy light brown hair is combed away from his face. His brown eyes are wide set and almond-shaped.
  • History:The work was done posthumously from a photograph. Subject died in service to the Confederate Army on retreat from Chattanooga to Atlanta. He was a member of the 3rd Tennessee Regiment, Brown's Brigade.
