Description:Frame is modern gold plated on copper. Oval of a man with thin reddish hair combed down and forward into twin peaks. His sideburns are trimmed to slightly below his ear lobes. His large eyes are blue and his is dressed in a blue jacket with 4 brass buttons visible and a white shirt and tie.
