History:Pastel portrait (death painting) of a young girl who looks eerily like the owner's daughter at about the same age. A framed photo of this daughter was placed on the mantle near the portrait and sometime during the night the photograph inexplicably fell off the mantle breaking the glass across her face, much like the smear on the portrait.
