Notes:Marina Woods, called "Queenie," was born in Nashville in 1868. She was the daughter of Robert F. Woods and Marina (Cheatham) Woods. She married George Augustine Washington, Jr. (1868-1926), and thereafter she was mistress of Washington Hall, her husband's large home and plantation at Cedar Hill, Robertson County. She died at the age of ninety-one in 1959 in New Orleans. She and her son are buried at Mt. Olivet in Nashville.
